Cara is feeling the effects of the primera trimester this week. We usually wake up together but someone just kept sleeping this morning! Coly and I had yogurt with maple syrup and read Psalm 22 together until mom got up to feed us!! Lately we've been making our own popsicles with apple juice and Coly wants one every other minute. She says, "paw-ckle pees". What a great treat and she loves them. I encourage all parents, if they love their children, to make popsicles for their kids.
I let Coly listen to my heart beat the other day and I asked her what it sounded like. Her interpretation of the beat is, " boo-boon, boo-boon" It sounded good to me so I think I'll skip the physical this year.
We just finished watching "Calamity Jane" the musical with Doris Day. Coly stayed up to watch it with us. What a fun evening. She just kicked it in bed with us drinking our herbal tea and laying on my shoulder.
love ya kids
